Can we reply from our own domain?

Yes, on Orbit and Landing: one address on Orbit and three on Landing. You'll need a domain your organisation owns.

Do I need an address of our own to reply?

No. On every plan you can reply from your own email app, and 53° keeps what you wrote with the response.

Can I see when an email is opened?

Yes, once tracking is turned on for your addresses. It's off to start with.

Who can see the inbox?

You see responses to the forms you can see. Owners and admins see every form's responses, and guests can't open the inbox.

Shared by the team
Everyone on a form sees the same responses, and read or unread is the same for all of you.
The right person on it
Assign a response to a teammate and they're notified. A form's automation can do it for you.
Replies from your own address
On Orbit and Landing, replies go from your organisation's own email addresses, with formatting, attachments and your signature.
Answers come back
When someone answers your email, their reply appears in the same conversation and it's marked unread again.

Each email shows whether it was sent and delivered. Turn tracking on to see when it was opened or a link was clicked.
Filed where it belongs
A response shows on the contact, deal and project it belongs to, so the history is there when you need it.
