Features

  • Reviews: Schedule review follow-up emails to send after a customer’s session, helping you collect feedback consistently.


    • Review Visibility Across the Platform: Reviews are now visible in both your dashboard and booking site.


    • NPS-Based External Review Redirects: If a review has a Net Promoter Score of 7 or above, customers can be automatically redirected to leave a public review on Google Business Profile or Tripadvisor.

    • Review-Aware Order Management: Orders can now be sorted by review data.


    • CRM Review Context: Customer reviews are now visible directly on each customer profile in your CRM.


    • Average Ratings Insights: Track average ratings at the location, group, product, and package level.

Improvements

  • Mobile Layout: Improved mobile layouts for a better user experience when working on the go.


  • Contact Form Email Controls: Added CC/BCC fields to contact form emails when you need to loop in additional recipients.

  • Order Balance Alert: The order balance alert now also appears when the balance is £0.

  • Scheduling Calendar Context: Bespoke session events now display their location in the scheduling calendar view.
