Proposals: You can now seal the deal with our new proposals system that takes your deal from quote to signed contract with ease.
- Create Proposal: You can easily create beautiful, on-brand proposals, pulling in data from your locations, groups, products & packages.
- Filter Deals By Proposal: You can now filter your deals pipeline to deals with or without a proposal.
- Preview Proposal: Preview your proposals before sending to see what your prospects will receive.
- Send & Sign: You can quickly send your proposal to the deal's contact, along with a custom message, linking them to the proposal ready for signing.
- Proposal History: Gain insights into who sent the proposal and when, when a proposal was opened, how many times it was viewed, and when the customer signed and approved.
- Proposal Automations: When a proposal is signed, it automatically marks the deal as won, but when creating or sending a proposal, you can now choose which stage you want to move your deal to.
Auto Assign Deals: You can now automatically assign new owners to your deals as they progress through your deal pipeline, perfect for handoff to different team members.

Terms & Privacy: You can now add a link to your terms & conditions and your privacy policy in business settings. A requirement for sending proposals.
Contact/Company Deals: If a contact or company only has 1 associated deal, clicking view deal on their profile now opens that deal directly.
Auto Assign Deals: When creating a new deal, it automatically assigns the deal to the creator. This will, however be overridden by any automations you have set up.

Export Contacts/Companies: Organisations with a large number of contacts or companies will no longer see an error when exporting their data.
